Summary

Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2007, each place of work must observe as high standards of cleanliness as possible for their respective operations, avoid overcrowding, construct and maintain adequate ventilation, provide and maintain suitable natural or artificial lighting, provide drainage of the floors, construct and maintain suitable clean sanitary conveniences, train fire marshals and carry out fire and safety audits.

A Government-approved auditor working under Omega Risk shall be assigned this engagement.

The expected deliverables shall be three audit reports per site detailing appropriate industry and best practice guidelines on the respective areas for improvement on safety in the various work sites.
